Kartikey Tyagi is the Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania. With an experience of over 5 years, he has been associated with our Company since January 2021, previously serving as Head of Finance. He has been serving as a Director of the Company since 2023 as a second-generation, he is actively involved in all the financial matters of the Company and tender participation, project execution, and oversees operations of our Company. His academic background, combined with expertise in data-driven decision-making and analytical methodologies, contributes to financial decision making and business development.

Rekha Tyagi is an Executive Director of our Company. She has over 26 years of experience in administration, human resources, and marketing functions. She has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. She oversees human resources and marketing functions, playing a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Mukesh Kumar Garg is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (Civil Engineering) degree from Govind Ballabh Pant Krishi Evam Praudyogik Vishwavidyalaya, Pantnagar, a Master of Technology (Structural Engineering) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and Post Graduate Diplomas in Management and Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He retired as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction), North Central Railway, in June 2019, having served in the Indian Railways for over 34 years. Following his retirement, he was associated with the Intercontinental Consultants and Technocrats Pvt Ltd (ICT) as a team leader and consultant for railway department from March 2022 to 2024

Bhawna Saunkhiya is an Independent Director of our Company. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has also passed the Intermediate examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has been associated with our Company since 2024. She previously served as Company Secretary at Samwon Precision Mould MFG. (India) Private Limited. She has extensive experience of in secretarial compliances, corporate laws related fields of overall 7 years. 

Shruti Gupta is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and is an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has been associated with our Company since 2024. She previously worked with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on a contractual basis and has held company secretary roles at Marshall Machines Limited and Super Fine Knitters Limited. She has extensive experience of in consultancy, secretarial compliances, corporate laws related fields of overall 5 years.
