Technocraft Ventures Limited (formerly known as M/s Technocraft Construction Private Limited) is a multidisciplinary public infrastructure development company engaged in the execution of turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) contracts. We operate across various infrastructure segments, including Wastewater Treatment (“WWT”), Operation and Maintenance (“O&M”) of public utilities, Water Supply Scheme Projects (“WSSPs”), electrical transmission and distribution networks, construction of substations, road and highway works, micro tunneling, renewable energy, housing, residential buildings, and sector-level urban development. We primarily operate in northern India, with projects concentrated in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Delhi. Our clientele consists mainly of state governments and their respective agencies.

Construction of 40 MLD average capacity S.T.P. , 55 MLD average capacity M.P.S., Rising Main & Trunk Sewer/Branch Sewer in Central Sewerage Zone Nagar Nigam, Shahjahanpur Distt.- Shahjahanpur including all Civil, E&M works, Testing Commissioning, trial run. (On Turn Key Basis).

Survey, Investigation, Design, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of sewerage works in Jaunpur NPP under “AMRUT” Scheme

Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of sewer system and all ancillary works along with Design, construction, supply, installation, testing and commissioning (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Intrumentation and other necessary works) of SPS, MPS and 10 MLD capacity STP based on SBR process with provision of 1 year defect liability and there after 10 years O&M for Kotputli town, Jaipur District, Rajasthan

Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Sewerage System and all ancillary works along with Design, construction, supply, installation, testing and commissioning (Civil, Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & other necessary works) of Sewage Pumping Stations, Up-gradation of effluent of existing Sewage Treatment Plant with provision for treated waste water reuse including 1 year defect liability with 10 years O&M for towns under package AMRUT-2.0/RAJ/SEWERAGE-21:

Major Projects Commissioned

Design and Construction of Intercepting Sewer on both banks of Ayad River and Lateral Sewer Network in Ward No. 34, 35 & 38 along with Allied Works including Operation & Maintenance services of the created system for 10 years at Udaipur - funded by Asian Development Bank

Design, Supply and Construction of 56 MLD Raw Sewage Pumping Station & 56 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) technology at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad including rising main 900 mm dia DI – pipe K-7 pipe length 1705m on Turnkey basis including all Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Works with with Operation and Maintenance for 10 Years

Supply, Laying and Jointing of 200 MM Dia To 800 MM Dia Sewer line and Appurtenant Works, Construction of additional sump well, Screen Chamber, Inlet Chamber & Construction of sewer house Connecting chamber & sewer house connection work in Zone-I (Masani) under Amrut programme Mathura.”
